Soundhouse Artists Perform with Hollywood and Broadway Stars in New York

This fall, a select group of Soundhouse artists took their music straight from their rehearsal studio in Pleasant Grove to the heart of New York City. Performing as Voodoo Orchestra X, the artists were invited to perform at the 2025 Operation Smile New York Gala, a nationally recognized fundraising event dedicated to providing life-changing surgeries for children around the world.

The experience offered these musicians a rare and meaningful opportunity to combine artistry with service on a national platform.

Sharing the stage with talent such as Hollywood star Zachary Levi, Pussycat Dolls member Carmit Bachar, and Broadway standout Jessica Lee Goldyn, the band stepped confidently into the spotlight, representing Soundhouse with professionalism well beyond their years.

For the Artists, the experience extended far beyond the thrill of performing in New York. Throughout the event, they witnessed how music can move people into action, inspire generosity, and give voice to important causes. The trip served as a powerful reminder that artistic excellence is not only measured in skill, but also in the ability to create positive change!
