These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ccsoundhouse.com and related subdomains, our text messaging communications, our forms, and the services provided by Chapman Music Inc., doing business as Caleb Chapman's Soundhouse ("Soundhouse," "we," "us," or "our").

2. About Caleb Chapman's Soundhouse

Caleb Chapman's Soundhouse is a youth music performance training organization based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We operate band programs, tour programs, studio rentals, audition processes, and related events for young musicians. Caleb Chapman's Soundhouse is a DBA (doing business as) name of Chapman Music Inc.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party.

You may not:

  • Use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

4. Program Enrollment, Payments, and Cancellations

Specific terms relating to band program enrollment, audition deposits, monthly band fees, tour fees, and program cancellations are governed by the enrollment agreements and contracts you sign at the time of enrollment, not by these Terms. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and an enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement controls for matters of program participation.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number on any of our forms (including website forms and Meta (Facebook) Lead Ad forms) and consenting via the applicable consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Caleb Chapman's Soundhouse.

Description of Messaging Program

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may receive:

  • Transactional messages: appointment confirmations, audition reminders, studio tour confirmations, payment confirmations, schedule updates, account notifications, and other operational communications.

  • Marketing messages (with separate consent): special offers, program announcements, event invitations, performance updates, and promotional content.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (801) 763-0200. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt in again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

By enrolling, you agree to a separate Photo and Media Release as outlined in your enrollment agreement. These Terms are not a substitute for that release.

Our website and services may include links to third-party websites or services (such as Meta, our payment processor, Calendly, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
