Soundhouse Artists Dominate Utah PTA Battle of the Bands
Soundhouse artists made a major impact at the annual Utah PTA Battle of the Bands multi-region competition, with multiple groups earning top placements and advancing to the state finals.
Leading the way was Tesseract — featuring JJ Larsen, Dillon Johnson, Mack Phippen, Daxon Glazier, and Sai Fredricksen — who took 1st place with a standout performance that set the bar for the entire event. Their precision, energy, and musicality secured them a well-earned spot in the next round.
Joining them at the top, Nolan Reinbold also earned 1st place performing with his band Redwood Revival, further highlighting the depth of talent within the Soundhouse community.
In addition, Clint Smith, Mira Graham, and Jax Urquhart represented Soundhouse with their band Peer Pressure, taking 2nd place and also advancing to the state competition.
With multiple groups moving forward, Soundhouse will be strongly represented at the state finals, where Tessaract, Redwood Revival, and Peer Pressure will face off against top bands from across Utah. The state competition is set to take place on April 11 at The Depot.
These results reflect not only the individual talent of each performer, but also the collaboration, preparation, and performance experience that define Soundhouse artists. As they prepare for the state stage, all eyes will be on these groups as they continue to raise the bar and represent Soundhouse at the highest level.
